2020 Vendor Application

UPDATED VENDOR INFORMATION POSTED 05/19/2020:

The fair committee sent an "acceptance" email to vendors who have been accepted into the 2020 fair. Vendor correspondence this year will be by email, not mail. It is the vendor's responsibility to download the detailed Vendor Guidelines document and abide by all rules. A link to the document can be found in the email sent on May 19, 2020.

The message may have delivered to your email inbox, spam, or trash folders. If you cannot locate the message, please fill out the form below. To ensure future emails are delivered, please add Galena Country Fair (@GalenaCountryFair.com) to your email's Whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list.  

Vendors not selected for the 2020 fair will have their photos and checks mailed back to them via USPS.

 

As of today, Galena Country Fair is still scheduled as planned on October 10-11, 2020. The safety and well-being of our vendors, fairgoers, and volunteers, are of utmost importance, and our planning committee will continue to monitor the evolving situation.

 

The standard vendor cancellation policy remains in effect. Vendors should reference this policy in their documentation. If, due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), it is necessary for the fair committee to initiate the cancellation of Galena Country Fair scheduled for October 10-11, 2020, a full refund of both the booth fee and itinerant merchant license fee will be issued to the vendor, no matter the date of the event cancellation.

If there is a change in status for the 2020 event, an email will be sent to all accepted vendors and a notice will be posted to the website.

Only vendors selling handmade, original items are considered for this event. Vendors are selected by a jury process in the following categories: Country Crafts, Crafts and Fine Arts.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at Galena Country Fair, please download the following two files. To be considered for the fair, vendors must complete the forms and submit all required information by March 31 of the fair year:

NOTE: An Illinois Special Event form will be provided to all accepted vendors at a later date.
